Dr. Jim Brandle, CEO, Vineland Research and Innovation Centre gives a presentation to Niagara Regional Council's Integrated Planning and Public Works Committee on fostering agriculture and agri-business growth in the Niagara Region. Dr. Brandle reported on Vineland's contribution to jobs in the region, creating a regional business environment and the value of research and innovation to the horticulture industry.
