Dr. Johan Bruwer is a specialist in Wine Marketing and his academic qualifications include PhD, MBA, and Honours Bachelor of Forestry Science degrees all from The University of Stellenbosch, South Africa. He is currently head of the Wine Business Group at The University of Adelaide in Australia, currently the largest university Wine Marketing School in the world. Prior to embarking on an academic career he was CEO of a number of organizations including his own market research company.

Associate Professor, Ohio State University
Dr. Hannah Mathers shares her time between her role as Senior Research Fellow at Vineland Research and Innovation Centre and her role as an Associate Professor in the Department of Horticulture and Crop Science at The Ohio State University (OSU). She is also the State Extension Specialist in Nursery and Landscape Crops and co-chair of the OSU Nursery Short Course program. Prior to her appointment at OSU in September 2000, Dr. Mathers was an Assistant Professor with Oregon State University at the North Willamette Research and Extension Center.
