This edition highlights Dr. Amy Bowen and the Consumer and Sensory Laboratory. By leveraging this space, Vineland can provide an objective third-party evaluation to boost your product development, formulation, along with enhancing your understanding of the drivers of consumer liking and acceptance of your products. Dr. Bowen and her team have worked with a wide variety of products from fresh produce, alternative dairy and proteins, all the way to high emitting odours of agricultural by-products.
